About The Position

Key Accountabilities E‑Commerce Operations Management Oversee daily E‑Commerce operations and overall picker performance. Ensure high‑quality product selection, including fresh produce and in‑code items. Verify customer orders are picked accurately, staged correctly, and ready for on‑time delivery. Audit order accuracy and completion rates. Achieve and maintain a minimum productivity standard of 90 picks per hour. In‑Stock Management & Product Availability Partner with Store Director, department heads, the receiver, vendors, and Operations Managers to ensure product availability. Manage the re‑shop process to minimize out‑of‑stocks and substitutions. Forecast and manage future item demand. Participate in weekly Store Director and department manager meetings. Meet key fulfillment targets, including: 97% in‑stock shopping fulfillment Less than 3% out‑of‑stocks 0% missing items Collaborate with drivers and observe shopper workflows to ensure best practices are followed. People Leadership Partner with Store Director and Operations Manager to interview, hire, train, coach, mentor, and manage direct reports. Schedule shoppers to support productivity, efficiency, and service expectations. Customer Experience Proactively manage customer communication: respond to calls promptly and reach out as needed. Process customer refunds in a timely manner. Deliver exceptional service for drive‑up customers and contracted delivery agents. Asset & Equipment Control Manage all E‑Commerce assets, equipment, and undelivered product to ensure accountability and compliance. Systems & Reporting Use current computer applications to manage orders, communicate business directives, analyze data, and review operational reporting.
