About The Position

For over four decades, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs. Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
Requirements
- A background working with children
- Customer service experience
- 1 year Minimum of Management Experience
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
- Can match a 3 year old's energy and speed!!
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Dance, Gymnastics, or Sports is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
- Drive membership sales and program growth
- Build strong relationships with families
- Facilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN camps
- Be present at and help lead all Little Gym events
