About The Position
The Little Gym is seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Gymnastics Director. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children and is looking for a fulfilling way to contribute to the community. At The Little Gym, we provide a fun, high-energy work environment where you can help children develop new skills and build confidence through our unique gymnastics-based programs. You will be part of a dedicated family focused on the growth and development of children worldwide.
Requirements
- A background working with children.
- Customer service experience.
- 1 year Minimum of Management Experience.
- Great attitude and strong work ethic.
- Love to have fun and find joy in making others smile.
- Can match a 3 year old's energy and speed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Dance, Gymnastics, or Sports is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Teach classes based on our curriculum and teaching method.
- Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience.
- Drive membership sales and program growth.
- Build strong relationships with families.
- Facilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN camps.
- Be present at and help lead all Little Gym events.
