About The Position
The Assistant Golf Professional supports the management of day-to-day golf operations in conjunction with the Director of Golf. The role focuses on promoting an exceptional golf experience for members and guests. The position is suited to someone passionate about golf who enjoys creating memorable, elevated experiences on the golf course.
Requirements
- Golf operations background and instruction experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Director of Golf.
- Track and verify players and guests, golf cars, club care, and other necessary charges, and facilitate proper controls.
- Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
- Assist in training, supervising, and motivating golf operations staff to meet facility objectives.
