Assistant General Manager
About The Position
Skyline Chili is seeking a passionate Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and developing strong teams in a positive, fun, and playful environment where providing a unique and uplifting guest experience is a top priority. The AGM will assist in directing and administering the operational efforts of the restaurant, ensuring on-target financial results, safety and security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness. They will also ensure established policies and procedures are followed according to standard operating procedures, human resource policies, and strategic directives, and that guests are promptly and professionally served according to Company’s guidelines. The role involves assisting in the selection, training, direction, development, and supervision of restaurant Team Members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
Responsibilities
- Assisting in directing and administering the operational efforts of the restaurant including on-target financial results, safety and security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure established policies and procedures are followed according to standard operating procedures, human resource policies, and strategic directives.
- Ensures guests are promptly and professionally served according to Company’s guidelines.
- Assist in the selection, training, direction, development, and supervision of restaurant Team Members.
- Restaurant services are efficiently and effectively delivered in accordance with established Company policies and standards.
- Good business relationships exist with customers and their questions and problems are promptly resolved.
- Restaurant personnel are developed and well-trained and efficient, and their activities well-coordinated.
- Required reports and records are accurate and timely.
- Suggestions are provided for improved efficiency or effectiveness in operations.
- Good working relationships exist with restaurant and corporate personnel.
- Restaurant profitability is in line with Company expectations.
