LITTLE REY ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – UP TO $85K/yr. + BONUS (Houston)
About The Position
Little Rey, inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine, is Superica's younger sister, featuring wood-roasted “chicken al carbon” as its star dish, all set in a vibrant and ultra-casual atmosphere. Little Rey is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager! The Assistant General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with, or in the absence of, the General Manager by leading the team in an open, positive and approachable manner. He/she controls seating of the restaurant and oversees menu changes in order to maximize revenue and maintain service standards. He/she will able to anticipate guests’ needs and proactively and effectively ensure guests’ satisfaction. The Assistant General Manager fosters and encourages an educational environment by training and leading his/her team to success.
Requirements
- 5-years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
- two of which are in management
Responsibilities
- Leads all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with, or in the absence of, the General Manager
- Leads the team in an open, positive and approachable manner
- Controls seating of the restaurant
- Oversees menu changes in order to maximize revenue and maintain service standards
