Little Sparrow, inspired by Parisian bistros and old Brooklyn neighborhood taverns, is a classic and polished restaurant offering a refined dining experience. We are looking for a driven and attentive Executive Sous Chef to directly oversee the day-to-day operations of all areas of the kitchen, including production/prep, private parties and special events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. This role is responsible for ensuring the culinary staff creates all menu items to the highest standards and for effectively running the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. The ideal candidate will be able to work calmly under pressure, lead a cohesive team, manage a culinary budget, and monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.
