SUPERICA GENERAL MANAGER – UP TO $120K/yr. + BONUS (Winter Park)
About The Position
Superica brings sunshine to Winter Park with an Old-West inspired, relaxed yet upbeat vibe and Tex-Mex cuisine served over brunch, lunch, dinner and hanging over cold, refreshing margaritas. Superica is seeking an enthusiastic leader to serve as General Manager! The General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations by helming the team in an open, positive and approachable manner. He/she monitors the restaurant in its entirety, controls seating and oversees menu changes in addition to hiring, training and developing all staff. He/she monitors the service and performance of the team and is able to anticipate guests’ needs to proactively and effectively to ensure guests’ total satisfaction. The General Manager leads daily meetings while fostering an educational and positive work environment.
Requirements
- 10-years of progressive restaurant experience preferred, five of which are in senior management.
Responsibilities
- Leads all aspects of restaurant operations by helming the team in an open, positive and approachable manner.
- Monitors the restaurant in its entirety, controls seating and oversees menu changes.
- Hires, trains and develops all staff.
- Monitors the service and performance of the team.
- Anticipates guests’ needs to proactively and effectively ensure guests’ total satisfaction.
- Leads daily meetings while fostering an educational and positive work environment.
