About The Position

We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our Taco Bell team! This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, leading the team, and helping drive overall store performance. As a Taco Bell Assistant General Manager, you’ll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly while supporting team development and delivering a great customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coach, train, and develop a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and overall store performance
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards
• Monitor store performance and assist in achieving sales and operational goals
• Support hiring, training, and ongoing team development
