Skyline Chili is seeking a passionate Assistant General Manager (AGM) who is dedicated to hospitality and guest service. Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in directing and administering the operational efforts of the restaurant including on-target financial results, safety and security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensuring established policies and procedures are followed according to standard operating procedures, human resource policies, and strategic directives.
  • Ensuring guests are promptly and professionally served according to Company’s guidelines.
  • Assisting in the selection, training, direction, development, and supervision of restaurant Team Members.
  • Ensuring restaurant services are efficiently and effectively delivered in accordance with established Company policies and standards.
  • Ensuring good business relationships with customers and prompt resolution of their questions and problems.
  • Ensuring restaurant personnel are developed, well-trained, and efficient, and their activities are well-coordinated.
  • Ensuring required reports and records are accurate and timely.
  • Providing suggestions for improved efficiency or effectiveness in operations.
  • Ensuring good working relationships with restaurant and corporate personnel.
  • Ensuring restaurant profitability is in line with Company expectations.
