About The Position

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join their team. Candidates must have prior hotel management experience and a passion for delivering superior customer service. This role involves overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and engineering operations, as well as human resources functions such as hiring, training, coaching, counseling, problem resolution, and discipline. The Assistant General Manager will also resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential problems, manage operational issues, business flow, and associate performance. Additionally, they will prepare forecasts and reports, and assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.

Requirements

  • Prior hotel management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
