This role involves overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and engineering operations, as well as human resources functions such as hiring, training, coaching, counseling, problem resolution, and discipline. The Assistant General Manager will also resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential problems, manage operational issues, business flow, and associate performance. Additionally, they will prepare forecasts and reports, and assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
