Requirements

  • Previous hotel management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and engineering operations.
  • Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, coaching, counseling, problem resolution, and discipline.
  • Resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential problems, and address operational issues and associate performance.
  • Prepare forecasts and reports.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
