About The Position

They are seeking an Assistant General Manager for their Holey Moley location in Houston, who is passionate about people, driven by fun, and eager to create exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • An obsession with providing the best guest experiences.
  • Experience in driving revenues on shift.
  • Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities.
  • Capable problem-solver and ability to think on your feet.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders.
  • A desire to show off what you've got and what heights you can take the business.

Responsibilities

  • Be a hands-on, guest-focused leader who motivates the team to create unforgettable experiences.
  • Run amazing shifts, drive up and cross-selling to enhance the guest experience.
  • Transform the venue into the ultimate FUN destination.
  • Inspire and coach a high-energy team of customer service, bartender, and function host professionals.
  • Manage front of house and back of house portfolios including rosters, training, P&L management, and forecasting.
  • Build a collaborative, inclusive vibe that makes coming to work exciting.
  • Develop personal skills and those of the team while mastering all aspects of a bustling entertainment venue.
