About The Position

Ready to step into a leadership role with LV Petroleum - one of the FASTEST growing travel center companies. We are looking for a driven, hands on Assistant General Manager to help lead a high energy Sbarro's restaurant, deliver great guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly from open to close.

Requirements

• Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of cost control scheduling and daily operations
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations ensure food quality standards are met and maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
• Help lead train and develop team members while supporting recruiting and retention of top talent
• Delegate tasks manage workflows and provide ongoing feedback to build a strong and motivated team
• Ensure every guest has a positive experience by maintaining high standards of service resolving concerns professionally and leading by example in all interactions
• Support financial performance by helping manage inventory control costs assist with scheduling and payroll and ensure operations align with sales and budget goals
• Assist with local marketing efforts and community engagement
