Requirements

  • Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of cost control, scheduling, and daily operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensure food quality standards are met, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
  • Help lead, train, and develop team members while supporting recruiting and retention of top talent.
  • Delegate tasks, manage workflows, and provide ongoing feedback to build a strong and motivated team.
  • Ensure every guest has a positive experience by maintaining high standards of service, resolving concerns professionally, and leading by example in all interactions.
  • Support financial performance by helping manage inventory control, costs, assist with scheduling and payroll, and ensure operations align with sales and budget goals.
  • Assist with local marketing efforts and community engagement.
