About The Position

At Dave's Hot Chicken (DHC), we serve up more than just mouthwatering chicken; we serve up teamwork, leadership, and fun! As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, keep costs in check, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile and a full belly.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or convenience store is a plus)
• High volume drive thru operations experience
• A valid driver’s license and food handler’s permit

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant General Manager experience preferred
• Positive vibes, strong organizational skills, and a passion for great food and service
• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant activities, support your crew, and make sure everyone’s crushing their job.
• Train, coach, and guide your team to be the best – all while keeping the energy high!
