Requirements

A deep love for animals and comfort working with a variety of pets.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the pet care or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Assist the Resort Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the pet resort, including daily schedules and staff assignments.
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members, fostering a positive work environment, and conducting performance evaluations.
Engage with pet owners, address their needs, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee the cleanliness and safety of the facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage supplies and equipment, including vendor relationships, ordering, and inventory monitoring.
Coordinate with the team to ensure proper pet care, including creating individualized care plans for pets with specific needs.
Assist in organizing special events, promotions, and themed days.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract new customers.
Help manage administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and reporting.
Support the manager with budgeting and financial tracking.
