Under the General Manager’s supervision, the Assistant General Manager directs facility operations and acts as a strategic partner on the Leadership team. This role works closely with the team to ensure they meet performance expectations and deliver against key business metrics. The position coordinates and oversees the day-to-day activities of various departments including Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, Event Services, Facility Operations & Engineering, Security, Parking, Human Resources, and Booking/Ticketing. This role facilitates organizational efficiency to achieve financial objectives and provide meaningful leadership and best-in-class customer service.
