As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in supporting restaurant operations, developing team members, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll help drive restaurant performance while building the skills and experience needed to grow into a General Manager role. Requirements

Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service environments is an asset
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
Passion for guest service and people development
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Someone who leads by example and motivates others to succeed

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Help lead, coach, and motivate Team Members and Shift Managers
Deliver an exceptional guest experience through fast, friendly service
Assist with scheduling, labour management, inventory, and ordering
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met
Support cash handling, reporting, and restaurant administration
Help train and develop team members to achieve operational excellence
Address in-store issues and communicate plans effectively with the team
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
Lead by example and help create a positive, energetic work environment
