Reporting to the Admin Services Manager, the Admin Assistant actively supports the day-to-day business activities of stakeholders in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, often working with confidential and time-sensitive material. At the Administrative level, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues.   • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Effective listening skills; excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar skills)
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatPwC) to enhance productivity, streamline workload, and improve output quality and must be able to demonstrate intermediate proficiency levels in M365
  • Confidence in ability to work in a highly technical and ever-changing work environment; engaging in the promotion and adoption of digital tools and strategies
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or a related role, with transferable skills relevant to the position.
  • The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada

Responsibilities

  • Proactive management of email / calendar and event scheduling
  • Travel coordination/bookings
  • Expense reports, vendor invoice coding
  • Salesforce activities
  • General research and document management support
  • Function as a backup for other team members and contribute to teaming activities
  • Support and assist with the adoption of changes to firm technology, policies, and procedures
  • Prioritize ongoing development of professional, digital, and technical acumen
  • Assist with other firm initiatives/business projects, or general administrative duties as required
  • Support is provided during core business hours aligned to a regional time zone; however, flexibility is required
