About The Position
Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Element hotel located in St. Louis, MO. Candidates must have prior hotel management experience and a passion for delivering superior customer service. The role involves overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and engineering operations, as well as human resources functions such as hiring, training, coaching, counseling, problem resolution, and discipline. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, anticipating potential problems, managing operational issues, business flow, and associate performance. Additionally, the role includes preparing forecasts and reports, and assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
Requirements

- Ability to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities
