About The Position

The Construction Manager is the senior field leader responsible for the successful execution of all multifamily construction projects at Heritage Hill. This role owns the delivery of projects on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality and safety. The Construction Manager partners with the Project Manager and field teams to ensure seamless coordination between planning and field execution. This role drives accountability across subcontractors, enforces standards, and ensures that all construction activities align with company goals for profitability, quality, and client satisfaction. This position is a calling, not a job. It requires leadership, decisiveness, and extreme ownership. The Construction Manager must proactively solve problems, enforce standards, and build a high-performance culture across every job site.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and personal accountability
Light carpentry or handyman skills
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
A valid driver's license and willingness to run job-related errands
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently as part of essential job functions.
