Requirements

Previous hotel management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work nights and weekends
Food & Beverage Experience

Responsibilities

Oversee front desk, housekeeping and engineering operations.
Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, coaching, counseling, problem resolution, and discipline.
Resolve customer complaints and anticipate potential problems.
Address operational issues and associate performance.
Prepare forecasts and reports.
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
