As an Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to drive sales, develop your team, and ensure operational excellence every day.
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience managing labor, food costs, and restaurant operations.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Hire, train, and retain top talent while building a positive team culture.
- Drive sales through excellent execution, hospitality, and operational standards.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Manage inventory, ordering, labor, and cost controls to achieve business goals.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and create loyal, repeat customers.
- Step into the General Manager role when needed to ensure seamless operations.
