About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced Dual General Manager to oversee the daily operations of both Charleys Cheesesteaks and Sbarro. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
Multi-unit or multi-concept management experience is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Experience managing P&L, labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership for both the Charleys Cheesesteaks and Sbarro restaurants.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring exceptional food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Team Members.
Manage scheduling, labor, food cost, inventory, and overall profitability.
Analyze business performance and implement action plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture across both restaurants.
Build strong teams while maintaining high employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with travel center leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
