About The Position

Four Seasons is currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant General Manager to help further the vision of providing exceptional service to all guests. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in restaurant operations and a genuine passion for Food and Beverage. They will enjoy supporting the General Manager and in overseeing the Bourbon Steak Restaurant & Bar operations by selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching a team of diverse and talented employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. The leader in this role will have the ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote positive public relations, and handle concerns, or special requests for guests.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in restaurant operations
Genuine passion for Food and Beverage
Ability to be visible in the operation
Ability to provide recognition
Ability to promote positive public relations
Ability to handle concerns, or special requests for guests
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management
Flexible schedule
Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
