We are currently in search of an Assistant General Manager for Harriet's Lounge & Rooftop who shares our values and will champion them. Requirements

  • Passionate about food & beverage
  • A minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment
  • Min. 5 years leading a food & beverage team
  • Expert in food & beverage operations
  • Strong leader
  • Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written
  • Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

Nice To Haves

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
