LRW Concepts, LLC is looking for exceptional Assistant General Managers (AGM) to lead our thriving southern-style soul-comfort dining experiences. Requirements

4+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS (Toast, R365, & Open Table strongly preferred) systems and basic financial reporting
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Adaptable and capable of working in high-impact environment
Strong understanding of health regulations and ability to enforce cleanliness standards.
ServSafe Managers and ServSafe Alcohol certifications

Nice To Haves

Degree in hospitality preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff; foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing sales to meet revenue goals.
Ensure consistent, high-quality service and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Track and capitalize on local events to align operations and drive traffic.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support audits.
Act as acting GM when needed; contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
