About The Position

Michael Timothy's Dining Group is seeking a motivated, full-time Assistant General Manager for its Lost Cowboy Taproom. The manager is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s business and for directing, implementing, and maintaining a service and management philosophy that guides staff. The role includes hiring and training staff, updating the menu, and maintaining expenses within the budget established by Michael Timothy Dining Group. The manager is expected to model the organization’s values and culture and provide a positive example to coworkers. The company operates full-service restaurants in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and emphasizes high-quality food, customer service, honesty, integrity, and hospitality. The position offers a five-day workweek, consisting mostly of nights and weekends, and a positive team environment with opportunities for growth.

Requirements
