About The Position

Michael Timothy's Dining Group is seeking a motivated, experienced Assistant General Manager for its Lost Cowboy Taproom. The role manages all aspects of the restaurant and directs, implements, and maintains a service and management philosophy that guides staff. The manager leads hiring and training initiatives, updates the menu, and maintains expenses within the budget established by Michael Timothy's Dining Group. The position also serves as an exemplary figure to coworkers and represents the organization in keeping with its values and culture. The company operates full-service restaurants in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and emphasizes high-quality food, customer service, honesty, integrity, and hospitality. Requirements

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
