The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for providing effective leadership and support within a highly complex 600k sq ft Stock/Flow Centre (SFC) / Flatbed Delivery Centre (FDC). Reporting to the AGM will be the Operations Managers. AGM will partner with all of the leadership team members to develop and cascade vision, mission, and operational strategies. The AGM is responsible for building a high performance work culture that consistently delivers exceptional customer service in a safe and efficient manner. AGM will play a key role in building a culture of continuous improvement, implement improvement in the areas.
