Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, optimizing inventory, and ensuring top-notch service.
• Support the General Manager in maintaining high standards, developing employees, and driving a positive guest experience.
• Manage daily operations, from guest service to food safety.
• Drive sales, control costs, and handle financial transactions.
• Lead a team, from hiring to ongoing development.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all.
• Engage with the local community and represent Vicious Biscuit with pride.
