About The Position

KBP Foods is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help lead a KFC restaurant’s people, operations, and guest experience. The role supports restaurant performance and profitability while developing leadership skills and preparing for potential future General Manager and above-store opportunities.

The Assistant General Manager leads, trains, schedules, and coaches the team; helps oversee daily operations; maintains brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness; and manages labor and food costs. The position also requires resolving guest issues, anticipating challenges, and helping shifts run smoothly.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

• Quick-service restaurant experience preferred.
