About The Position

KFC with KBP Foods is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help lead restaurant employees, operations, and the guest experience. The role supports restaurant performance and profitability while offering leadership development and a path to General Manager and above-store opportunities.

The Assistant General Manager leads, trains, schedules, and coaches the team; delivers a positive guest experience; oversees daily operational activities; and maintains brand standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness. The role also manages labor and food costs, addresses problems, and helps ensure shifts run smoothly.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

• Quick-service experience preferred.
