About The Position

KBP Foods is hiring an Assistant General Manager for KFC to help lead restaurant employees, operations, and the guest experience. The role offers opportunities to build leadership skills and prepare for future General Manager and above-store positions. The Assistant General Manager helps oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain brand standards, and support restaurant performance and profitability.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

• Quick-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly.
