About The Position
Looking for a management position with growth opportunities in the Wellness industry? Our Elements Massage® in Surprise, AZ is looking for a assistant sales manager/operations manager to co-lead sales and operations for a Massage Therapy wellness studio. We are looking for someone experienced in Wellness (massage, skin services) that has helped run a shop/management previous to this role.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a related field (health, wellness, gym, spa, etc.).
- 2.5 years of experience in management, including but not limited to experience as an assistant sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager in a service, sales, or retail environment.
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Ability to identify and problem solve.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Competent trainer and motivator.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Wellness (massage, skin services).
- Experience helping run a shop/management.
- MindBody Software experience.
Responsibilities
