About The Position

This role involves supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading and developing a team, and ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency within a fast-paced airport retail environment. Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of retail management experience, preferably in a department store, specialty retail, hospitality, food service, or airport retail environment.
• Strong understanding of customer service, retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to support sales growth, manage operational priorities, and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a 24/7 airport environment.
