About The Position

The Assistant General Manager - Retail will support the General Manager in overseeing retail operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service within a fast-paced airport environment. This role involves leading and developing a team, managing operational priorities, and contributing to the overall success of the retail location while upholding the company's mission and values.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of customer service, retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to support sales growth, manage operational priorities, and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a 24/7 airport environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in a department store, specialty retail, hospitality, food service, or airport retail environment.
