Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work with the restaurant general manager to oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives on a day-to-day basis in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation of the restaurant’s dining room and kitchen areas. We’re seeking three dynamic leaders for single-unit oversight, responsible for elevating one of our signature dining concepts: Double Cut Steak House, B-LUX Grill & Bar, or Sortino’s Italian Kitchen. In this role, you’ll lead with heart, inspire your team, and create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back. Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
