About The Position

Penn State Harrisburg, a member of the NCAA Division III, is accepting applications for Part-time Assistant Game Day Manager for the 2026-2027 Academic Year, within the department of Athletics. This role involves assisting with game day organization, including student-worker staff management, event set-up/tear-down, and in-game management. The Assistant Game Day Manager will also be responsible for welcoming opposing teams and officials, directing them around the facilities, and ensuring a safe and healthy game experience for all participants and spectators.

Requirements

• May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.
• PA State Police Criminal Background Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
• Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Game Day organization of student-worker staff
