About The Position

Doyles Sheehan is seeking a hands-on Assistant Fulfillment Manager to join their warehouse leadership team. This role is responsible for driving nightly operations, leading the team, managing critical logistics, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately. Requirements

1-2 years of experience in warehouse supervision, distribution leadership, or logistics management.
Proficiency with Windows Office (Excel/Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Must be able to successfully pass both a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to walk/stand on concrete for 12+ hours per shift.
Consistently lift 30 lbs and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
Ability to stoop, twist, kneel, and reach as needed.

Nice To Haves

AS400 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Fulfillment Manager to supervise, coach, and mentor the night warehouse team, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Train pickers and loaders, write performance reviews, and support team member development.
Oversee AS400 invoicing, PickRight systems, and inventory flow for accuracy.
Manage the flow of goods and safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, to ensure efficient logistics.
Troubleshoot workflow issues in real-time to ensure timely and accurate truck loading and invoicing.
