Requirements

  • 3–5 years of front office experience in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge of front desk operations, PMS systems, and hotel procedures.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequent use of computers and front desk equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily front desk operations, guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures to ensure brand standards are flawlessly met.
  • Optimizing room inventory, managing upsell opportunities, and maximizing property revenue during shifts.
  • Training team members on operational procedures, luxury service standards, and the art of handling difficult guest conversations.
  • Assisting the team by checking in guests, handling escalations, or resolving operational issues.
  • Communicating with Housekeeping to prioritize room readiness, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests.
  • Creating an energetic, positive lobby environment where staff feel supported, respected, and set up for success.
