HALL Arts Hotel is hiring for a Front Office Manager. You should join our team if you believe that seamless, warm, and genuine hospitality is critical to every great hotel experience. That the Front Office is the heartbeat of the hotel and the engine behind a guest’s first and last impression. That details matter, from a smooth check-in and personalized recognition to anticipation of guest needs before they even ask. That great managers lead by example, empower their teams, and cultivate an environment where staff can thrive. That strong collaboration between the Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and leadership keeps the hotel running smoothly. That every stay is an opportunity to create a lifelong memory, and the Front Office holds the key to making it happen. You’re a great fit for this role if you love leading, coaching, and supporting Front Office Curators, Guest Service Agents, and Bell Staff throughout the day. Managing daily front desk operations, guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures to ensure brand standards are met. Helping optimize room inventory, manage upsell opportunities, and drive property revenue. Training your team on proper operational procedures, guest service expectations, handling difficult conversations, and problem resolution. Jumping in to assist the team when needed, whether that means checking in a large group, handling a guest escalation, or solving the tiny tornadoes that come with a busy arrival day. Partnering with Housekeeping to prioritize room readiness, arrivals, VIP rooms, and special guest requests. Communicating property status, guest feedback, maintenance updates, and VIP arrivals clearly and quickly across all departments. Creating a positive team environment where Front Office staff feel supported, respected, and set up for success. Taking pride in the high-energy environment of the lobby and the personal connections made with guests every day. We’re excited to have you join us because you understand that the Front Office is both operationally complex and deeply personal to the guest experience. You know how to balance speed, accurate financial reporting, guest care, and safety in a fast-paced environment. You can provide clear direction while staying approachable, empathetic, and calm under pressure. You have a strong eye for detail and can spot service gaps or opportunities before a guest does. You are comfortable coaching team members in the moment and celebrating great service along the way. You can collaborate across departments to support property operations, guest loyalty, and seamless service delivery. You bring dependability, organizational excellence, and a service-first mindset to every shift. You believe leadership means showing up for the team, empowering them to make decisions, and not just managing from a back office.
