About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager (internally Hotel Assistant Manager) to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance. The Hotel Assistant Manager is a central part of the Front Office Team. This position primarily oversees the Front Desk team, but will also assist with managing the Guest Services, Front Drive and Housekeeping teams. The primary objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth and pleasant experience from booking through departure. The Hotel Assistant Manager ensures that staff are highly trained, motivated and supervised. As the first impression of the Hotel, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility. This position reports to the Front Office Manager. We are looking for an individual who anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and custom service skills
  • Previous experience of 2 years required in the Hospitality Industry and Rooms Division
  • At least one year in supervisory role and Front Desk knowledge
  • Strong business acumen, work ethic and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and grow employees into Supervisory and Management positions
  • US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
  • Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
