Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
  • Minimum of two years guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred
  • Minimum one-year guest service leadership role preferred
  • Experience with previous Property Management System, preferred
  • Opera System
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a hotel setting preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Front Office team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Lead and mentor team members to maintain high performance, morale, and adherence to Loews service standards
  • Manage payroll processes, including scheduling, timecard edits, and approval of time-off requests
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Coordinate room allocations and collaborate with housekeeping to meet guest preferences
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support team growth and operational excellence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Conduct audits and maintain accurate financial records, including payment processing and performance reporting
  • Partner with leadership on initiatives to promote hotel services and improve operational efficiency
  • Respond to emergencies with professionalism, ensuring guest and team safety
  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
