About The Position
Harding Academy is seeking an Assistant Football Coach for its 7th and 8th Grade football team for the 2026 season. This is a part-time, non-faculty position with no benefits. The football season runs from the week of July 27 through the end of September 2026. Practices and most games occur during the week, Monday through Friday. Participation in the Early Fall/Late Fall Athletic Award Ceremony is expected.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of football coaching experience (preferred).
- Preferably coaching experience at the middle/high school level.
- Weekday afternoon availability between approximately 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
- Must be available for the 2026 season, which begins the week of July 27 and extends through the end of September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Coach the 7th and 8th Grade football team.
- Participate in practices and games during the week (Monday-Friday).
- Attend the Early Fall/Late Fall Athletic Award Ceremony.
