Assistant Football Coach
About The Position
The University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM), one of twenty campuses of the University of Arkansas System, is seeking an Assistant Football Coach. This position will assist the head football coach in various aspects of the football program, including recruiting qualified student-athletes, developing and coordinating an academic program for all student-athletes, and performing other duties as assigned by the head football coach. Requirements
- Background of teaching and competitive coaching experience
- Recruiting experience
- Knowledge of NCAA rules
- Commitment to the academic success of student-athletes
- Ability to organize and motivate student-athletes to maximum performance level
- Ability to work, communicate, and develop rapport with students, faculty, administration, alumni, community groups, and media
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
Nice To Haves
- A master's degree is preferred
