About The Position

This position's primary job duties are to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the restaurant and outlets (to include pool bar, cafe, and lounge). This leader supervises a staff that consistently provides excellent guest service while promoting profitability for the hotel.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and ability to perform all aspects of restaurant service
  • High aptitude in working with numbers and able to efficiently use a calculator
  • Minimum 2 years’ of supervisory customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of full-service dining experience
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Management experience preferred
