The Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service. This role involves planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the work of employees while ensuring guest satisfaction. The position requires selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, coaching, and disciplining employees in the Hotel’s Room Service Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met, including long-range strategic planning for outlet operations. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns, or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts is essential.
