About The Position

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated Assistant F&B Manager to join the Food and Beverage management team at Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center. This role involves assisting in the daily operations of the food and beverage department, leading and developing a team, ensuring high service standards, curating dining experiences, and managing revenue and costs. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of previous leadership experience in F&B supervision or management in a hotel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
  • A commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
  • Must have Food Handler and TIPS certifications or ability to obtain within 30-days of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Food Manager certification preferred.
  • Experience with TOAST POS a plus.
